Once your purchase is confirmed, we’ll send you an email confirmation with a link to log into our Member Panel and download your product files in .zip format. If you have questions about your purchase, you can always contact us directly.

In addition to your chosen product, you’ll also get one year of access to updates and support for your purchased product.

That includes immediate access to new versions and features during the life of your subscription period as well as ticketed support through our help desk.

Images used in our demo site are not included in the theme package however the themes comes with sample free images and demo content.

Support for customers with active subscriptions is available through our help desk. Our typical response times are within one business day during normal business hours (M-F, 8am – 5pm CST).

We work hard to ensure that our products are compatible on as many systems as possible. If your host supports WordPress, you should be able to use our products. But if you need help, our support team is always available.

Macho Membership requires a yearly renewal and which gets you  access to all of our products. That means you’ll always have the latest and greatest version – as long as your license is active! Additionally, if we release new themes or plugins, you’ll get access to those too, without needing to pay anything extra.
 

Don’t worry – you’ll always be able to use the product you purchased. Your product will still function 100% normally – but after your subscription expires, you’ll no longer continue to receive support or product upgrades.

We do offer a discount on renewals if you’d like to continue receiving support and updates.
